Things are moving for Yorgos Lanthimos’ “Poor Things.” I had mentioned last night that the film would probably be delayed. We can now confirm that its September 2023 release has been moved to December 8th, 2023, but that still hasn’t stopped Searchlight from letting it premiere at Venice six weeks from now. Venice also released the film’s runtime this morning and it clocks in as Lanthimos’ lengthiest film (142 minutes).
