Warners Bros has confirmed plans to remake 1992’s “The Bodyguard,” which starred Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. The studio has set “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” director Sam Wrench at the helm.

I’ll get to this wildly fawning Mike Fleming Jr. interview soon but it’s been confirmed by Warner Bros’ Pam Abdy and Michael De Luca that “Beetlejuice 3” is officially in the works at the studio.
